I fell in love with Arizona when I worked at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon—my first job out of my Indiana high school. From there, I worked for the National Park Service at Grand Canyon and the Flagstaff Area National Monuments, among other national parks in the Southwest.
Sedona and the Verde Valley grabbed my heart in 2005, and I am grateful that I get to call this area my home.
